Is there Harmony a physical store?
For 2 years we had our lovely store at Cleveland-TN. The time we spent there was wonderful, but now we are happy to have our on-line store that we can bring Harmony to more people.
Are Harmony products only sold on-line?
No. We have the cute corner with our products inside Honey Bunny Wax Cleveland (227 Ocoee Crossing - Cleveland TN 37312) and we also sell at some craft fairs that you can follow in our Upcoming Events.
Can I customized my product?
Yes!!! On our website you can customize your own candle, reed diffuser, soap or wax melt. There are many different combinations for your unique product.
Can I have an experience to make my own product?
Yes!!! One more of our differences is that you can make your own candle or reed diffuser at your place (if you live in Cleveland, Chattanooga or Ooltewah area). Schedule your appointment, invite your friends and family and we'll take the candle class or reed diffuser class to you.
What are the shipping methods for my online purchase?
You can choose between 3 ways:

you can receive it by mail.

if you live in Cleveland area, we have a Pickup Point at Honey Bunny Cleveland (227 Ocoee Crossing - Cleveland TN 37312) and then you can come and pick up your purchase.

if you live in Cleveland, Chattanooga or Ooltewah area, we deliver to you at no cost.
Can I have free shipping?
Of course, you can! All first-time customers get free shipping on purchases over $50 as well as customers who make any purchase over $90.
What is the shipping time?
Our shipping time is 4 to 8 business days. It all depends on the type of product you purchased, for example personalized products will always take a little longer.
Can I return my purchase?
Personalized purchases can not be returned due to purchase regret, they can only be returned in the event of proven damage caused during shipping.
Can I refill my Harmony jar?
Yes!!! If you have already purchased some candles from us, you can bring us your jar (it doesn't need to be clean) at Honey Bunny Wax Cleveland (227 Ocoee Crossing - Cleveland TN 37312), you will tell us what fragrance, wax color and top decoration you want and we will make a new candle for you in your Harmony jar within 7 days (and you you will only pay half the price you paid before!!!).
